Welcome to the Adventures in Diving program - the first step beyond Open Water certification. Adventures in Diving offers different experiences and training options that range from simple introductions to underwater activities to more challenging experiences. If you want to increase your diving abilities and knowledge, dive new locations, and meet new buddies, then this is the course for you! You earn the Adventure Diver certification by making three Adventure Dives that you and your instructor choose together. You can do this in as little as a day, but the schedule is flexible. This exciting course is available on any of our regularly scheduled trips to Mexico, California, Local Lake Diving and also with one of our Arizona Adventure Diving Instructors on a group trip to a number of diving destinations worldwide! (Not included: Boat fees, lodging or transportation, there is also an additional boat fee for night diving.)

Advanced Open Water Diver

The Purpose of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is to increase the knowledge, skills, and experience of a diver for practical application in the diving environment. You will learn techniques for diving at night, in limited visibility, in deeper waters, and in somewhat more challenging conditions. You will also be introduced to some special interest areas in diving such as Underwater Search and Recovery. If you want to increase your diving abilities and knowledge, dive new locations, and meet new buddies, then this is the course for you!
Advanced courses are available on any of our regular scheduled trips to Mexico or California, and by special arrangements with our Arizona Adventure Diving Instructors.
(Not included: Boat Fees, hotel, or transportation. Night dive off the boat in Mexico is $35 additional.)

Rescue Diver

Rescue Diver training expands you knowledge of diving, increases you level of diving skills, and makes you more aware of what is happening in the diving environment around you. As a Rescue Diver, you are trained to respond properly to diving emergencies. Certification as a Rescue Diver is also a prerequisite to the PADI Divemaster rating, and the distinguished PADI Master Scuba Diver certification. Enroll in the PADI Rescue Diver Course and become a better, more capable diver, the kind and buddy would be happy to dive with!

Oxygen Provider

Our D.A.N. (Divers Alert Network) Oxygen Provider Course is a 4 hour course incorporating a review of the causes, symptoms and treatment of a number of diving accidents and the appropriate methods of Oxygen administration. This course is primarily a hands-on experience with the different types of oxygen mask options to fit various scenarios. By the end of the course, you will be able to recognize a dive accident and administer oxygen appropriately.

Medic First Aid

Someone suddenly needs emergency medical aid. Do you know how to help? Maybe its time to learn. In as little as eight hours, the Medic First Aid course can show you how to save someone's life with basic first aid and CPR. It is a medically based assistance course designed to teach you the same emergency techniques used by doctors and paramedics, but at a layman's level. In addition to CPR, you learn how to administer first aid properly and effectively using the most up-to-date methods. And remember, Medic First Aid meets the PADI Rescue Diver Requirement for CPR.

Divemaster

Divemaster training is the first leadership level in the PADI educational progression. Upon completion of this course, the Divemaster:
Is able to organize, conduct and supervise recreational diving activities.
Has instructor level knowledge of diving theory.
Is able to assist Instructor during training activities.
Possesses a high degree of personal diving expertise.
As a Divemaster, one assumes responsibilities for the welfare of other divers in his charge. The Divemaster course is for those who desire more fun and excitement than the average diver, and is a prerequisite for the PADI Instructor Course.

Accelerated Divemaster

This Option A Divemaster Course is available to Divemaster interns who would like to complete the rating of Divemaster within 7-10 days. Our regular Divemaster Program (Option B) is done at a slower pace allowing interns to complete the course in 3-6 months.
